The Bible is full of stories about people who made a big difference for God and many of them were young, just like you!

In the story of David and Goliath, David encouraged an entire army and defeated a giant.

In the story of Samuel and Eli, Samuel heard God’s voice and shared God’s message with Eli the priest.

In the story of Josiah, a whole nation was turned back to serving God.

In the story of Naaman, who was a leader of a nation, a young girl encouraged him to see a prophet and he was healed.

A young boy’s lunch in the hands of Jesus fed 5,000 people.

God uses children to make a big difference. God made you for a purpose. He has big plans for you no matter how old or how young you are. You may be young, but not too young to be used by God in a BIG way.

Sometimes the world can seem like it’s made just for adults, and sometimes adults might make you feel like you’re too young to do anything important. The Bible tells us, don’t get discouraged. You can start small, do what you can and follow God’s lead. Most of all, don’t give up and don’t let others make you feel small on the inside. You’re never too young to make a big difference for God.
