Day 6: Choose Faith at Every Turn

Choose faith at every turn to walk in victory over the virus. When anxiety attacks, we need to attack the anxiety back. The virus of fear works to paralyze you. Now is the time to move forward in faith-- movement is life. Don’t allow fear to keep you from walking in God’s purpose for your life. 

Now is the time for the greatest harvest in the world: a time to dream big and a time to serve. As believers we must partner with faith, not with fear. Choose faith when your neighbor is in need of groceries. Choose faith when the offering is taken. Choose faith when it is time to serve your community.

Fear not is the most repeated commandment in the Bible. Choosing faith doesn’t simply happen one time, each day we are faced with opportunities to fear or have faith. The key is choosing faith at every corner. Fear not when you are waiting on a report from the doctor. Fear not when you tune the television onto a news station. Fear not when the event you were looking forward to gets delayed or canceled. 

I encourage you to choose faith at every corner. Live by faith and not by sight. Keep moving forward. God has not given you a spirit of fear and with Him on your side, no tacktick of the enemy will prevail against you.  

Pray with me today: “Heavenly Father, I pray that You would help me to live by faith and not by sight.  Remind me daily that in You, I have nothing to fear. I believe that You are the God of the impossible, so help me to choose faith at every corner! I pray this in Jesus’ mighty name, amen.”
