Have you ever felt like God didn’t care? If you have, you’re not alone. It’s a normal human response to feel that way during hard times. We think that if God did care, then things would be different, right? While figuring out why bad things happen is a huge question to navigate, in all of our questioning, this verse can remind us that God does care. Not only does God care, we’re invited to bring our worries and cares to God. No matter what you’re feeling, you can begin to find healing by bringing those cares to God. It doesn’t always mean that circumstances will change, but it does mean that we are never alone in them.
Today, take a few moments and pray out loud to God, sharing whatever worry is on your mind.
