The Way to True Happinessنموونە

Being blessed
Jesus’ teachings in Matthew 5:3-10 constitute eight beatitudes (with a ninth included as part of the eighth in verses 11-12). A beatitude is a statement about who is blessed. It contains a promise and a reason for that blessing. To be blessed is to be the fortunate recipient of divine favor or approval. It is not a subjective feeling. Jesus is referring to the objective reality of entering God's Kingdom. The first and the eighth beatitude highlight the experience of the Kingdom of God that we now share. The remaining pairs highlight the future experience of this Kingdom in all its fullness. The ninth beatitude in Matthew 5:11 ESV (“Blessed are you when others revile you and persecute you…”) teaches the reality of persecution and suffering as hallmarks of the Church of Christ and in the lives of Jesus' followers.
The beatitudes are not a list of requirements for entering the Kingdom. They apply to everyone who repents at the announcement of the Kingdom, acknowledging their spiritual inadequacy and rejoicing in the blessing of God’s salvation. Jesus wants to bless and save you from all disaster, especially from sin, to renew you with His love, and make you happy. He corrects the misunderstandings that exist as we chase after all kinds of things to find happiness. In this world, many believe that they can achieve happiness by earning a lot of money, luxuries, fame, or popularity. Jesus gives us totally new and radical ideas about bliss and happiness. Don't be fooled, stick to Jesus!
