Day 4 – God Places You Where You Are for a Reason
Devotional:
Paul preached in Athens that God appoints the times and places where each of us lives (Acts 17:26). You are not where you are by accident—your job, your community, your relationships, and even your challenges are part of God’s intentional placement. He has positioned you to influence others for His Kingdom right where you are. Leadership is not just about titles; it’s about faithful influence in the situation God has entrusted to you. Your present circumstances are your mission field.

Bible Verse: Acts 17:26 – “From one man he made all the nations…and he marked out their appointed times in history and the boundaries of their lands.”

Discussion Question: How might God want you to lead and influence right where you are today?

Closing Prayer: Sovereign God, thank You for placing me in this time and place. Show me how to lead faithfully in my current situation and to see it as a Kingdom opportunity. Amen.

Who Does God Use?

God often chooses the unlikely, the reluctant, and the imperfect to lead. This 5-day devotional explores how He calls and equips ordinary people to influence the world for His glory. Through Scripture, reflection, and prayer, you’ll discover that your placement is intentional, your weaknesses can be strengths, and your leadership is ultimately about pointing others to Him.
