Day 27: Protection in the Midst of Devastation
God is omnipotent, meaning He is all-powerful. There is nothing He cannot do! Amazingly, He not only loves His children, which includes you and me, but He also protects us.
Looking back on my life after arriving at the hospital, I can see that God orchestrated countless details to ensure I was taken care of, even when I was unable to care for myself. While your situation may be absolutely similar or completely different, know that God is much stronger than anything that is trying to overtake you. Though it may not feel like it at times, He is right on time in ways we can’t often see till much later in life.
Moment of Reflection:
God is a protector. Can you think of a time when God protected you? Take a moment to pause, reflect, and praise Him for the times He kept you safe, even when you were unaware of it at the moment, but can see now that the only reason you survived is because He was watching and caring for you.
