As you go about your day, remember that God always keeps His promises. He promised in Isaiah that one day a messiah would come from Jesse's line, that promise was fulfilled in Christ's birth. Jesus ushered in hope not only for the Jews, but for the whole world. Hope was birthed that first Christmas over 2 thousand years ago and it still shines as brightly as it did that first Christmas night. Are you feeling hopeless today? Has life gotten you down and worries filled your mind? Don't ever forget we serve the God of hope! Put your trust in Jesus. He can fill your hearts with joy and your minds with peace. This can all be done as you trust Him to work in your life and fill you with the power of the Holy Spirit. Don't for a second forget your hope is rooted in heaven and it can never be taken from you. The best is yet to come!
