Dip Into The Book Of RomansSample

DAY 4: BENEFITS OF SALVATION
But wait, there’s more – Paul, after presenting the gospel message that we are all in need of salvation and all saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone, now gives us the ‘steak knives’ with our deal! Not only are we saved but we have so many benefits with our salvation: peace with God, access to God, the hope of glory of God, and even suffering within this life produces hope.
How incredible is this? After presenting us with eternal life and freedom from sin, Paul shows that Jesus’ death on the cross was so much more. To have peace with God is incredible. Remember the feeling when you were first saved, and you felt the ‘smile’ of Heaven over you for the first time? The first time you felt your heavenly Father’s approval? When you discovered you have access to the God of the universe, the ability to stand in His presence with boldness and peace not condemnation and death? That is what Jesus did for us, and more! Keep reading Romans to find out more: freedom from sin, freedom from works, life in the Spirit!
