Take the LeadSample

When you’re not well-rested, you can get grumpy, angry, tired, and/or lazy. It doesn’t matter how much caffeine you drink or how much coffee you down - nobody wants to be around that kind of leader.
You need to rest, so you can give others your best. Good leaders know this.
Good leaders know that when you get enough sleep, you’re more creative, make better decisions, are more productive, and are a happier and more pleasant person to be around! Research proves this. However, this isn’t just good advice. This is God advice.
God himself rested. Take a moment and think about that.
Did God need to rest? No! However, He did want to show you and how to live the best life. God designed us to work from a place of rest.
What can you do to make sure you get enough sleep?
Scripture
About this Plan

Jesus led by listening, loving, caring, and serving others. Jesus told His apprentices, “In this world the kings and great men lord it over their people... But among you it will be different. Those who are the greatest among you should take the lowest rank, and the leader should be the servant” (Luke 22:25-26). This is what it means to take the lead.
