33 Day Men’s ChallengeSample
DAY TWO
The Warrior’s Creed
Speak it out for two minutes with conviction and use the movements from the video to memorize it:
“Obey heaven, serve people, conquer self, crush evil.”
The Master’s Word
Set this word to a rhythm and declare it out loud for at least five minutes and whenever you’re out walking or driving today.
“I am dead, this life is now hidden with Christ in God.” Colossians 3:3
The Truth Challenge
Consider honestly this question:
“Have I really died to all rights?”
The Response Challenge
Ask God and set a goal for the next 32 days. Share it with your brother.
Examples:
- Break a bad habit.
- Get free from a sinful lifestyle choice: pornography, masturbation, unhelpful media, etc.
- Change responses of anger, jealousy, or envy.
- Create a new habit, i.e., more regular time with God, develop a mentoring relationship, start a Bible reading plan, etc.
- Develop a physical challenge of losing weight or getting fit, etc.
Share your goal with your warrior brother and pray for each other each day. When you have your weekly connect time, update each other on how you’re doing.
The Physical Challenge
Walking
If you’re not already out walking today, put it in your schedule.

About this Plan
The 33 Minute Warrior, created in Japan, is a movement of brothers who support each other to get free and live powerfully as modern-day warriors in the Way of Christ. “Obey Heaven, serve people, conquer self, crush evil” is the creed we live by. The 33 Day Challenge is the wake-up call and initiation to that transformation. Do it together with a brother to get the most out of it.
