David - Faithful Servant, Friend and KingSample

Have you ever seen a group of friends who all dress the same? Maybe you like to wear the same clothes as your friends too. What is more important is to clothe ourselves in tenderness, mercy, kindness, goodness, gentleness, patience, and forgiveness. That’s what makes good friendships.
Good friends are kind and encouraging to each other. Think about the opposite of that: "discourage one another, tear each other down.” We can either encourage one another and build each other up with our words and actions, or we can discourage and tear others down. Which one builds a good friendship? Good friends love one another genuinely. True friends aren’t fake. Instead, they are good to one another, love deeply, and put others ahead of themselves.
God’s word encourages us to be a good friend to others. Read today’s verses to see what the Bible says about being a good friend.
