Now is the time to wake up to what God is calling His people to. Now is the time for the gospel. Now is the time to be the church. Now is the time to go. Souls are at risk. An entire generation is desperate for Jesus, whether they know it or not.

Urgency is more than just doing busy work in Jesus’s name; it’s doing what He is actually calling us to without hesitation. A movement of God happens when people wake up to the urgency of what God is calling them to—no longer being comfortable with complacency or busyness.

In Acts 1:3, Luke reminded his readers what the core truths of the gospel are. Jesus suffered (that’s the crucifixion), but three days later, “he also presented himself alive… by many convincing proofs.” Jesus lives! The tomb is empty, but seated on the throne is the risen King of kings and Lord of lords. Because the grave is empty, people can be full of the life of Christ. Jesus lives, so hope lives. Jesus lives, so peace lives. Jesus lives, so joy lives. Jesus lives, so love lives. Now is the time for you to experience the gospel for yourself and to urgently share this message with the world.
