Taking Back Peace and Power
We have walked through thirty days of learning what anxiety is, what triggers it, how it shows up, and how God answers it with His peace, provision, strength, nearness, and care. But the journey does not end with knowledge. It ends with power — power in Christ and power in your words.
At the start, we said that anxious feelings are normal, but anxiety does not have to take up permanent residence in your life. Today, you can decide what remains in your house: worry or worship, fear or faith, control or surrender, your words or God’s Word.
Jesus has already given you His peace. It is yours to keep. The choice each day is whether you will speak fear or speak faith, whether you will claim anxiety or declare God’s truth. The same Spirit who raised Christ from the dead lives in you, and He gives you the authority to stand, to speak, and to walk forward free.
This plan was not just about naming anxiety. It was about reclaiming peace and power through God’s promises. Take a moment today to look back at how God has met you, and then look forward with faith. The words you speak can set the direction of your tomorrow.
Prayer:
Lord, thank You for walking with me through these 30 days. Thank You for teaching me that anxious feelings do not define me and that Your peace is my portion. Help me to continue to speak life, to choose faith, and to walk in the power You have given me.
Daily Challenge:
Look back at Day 1. Write down one way you have grown in these 30 days. Then, write a declaration for your future that begins with “I believe, therefore I speak…” Keep it somewhere visible as a daily reminder of the peace and power you now walk in.

About this Plan

Anxious thoughts. Racing worries. Sleepless nights. For many of us, anxiety has become part of our everyday vocabulary, even something we call “my anxiety.” But what if God never intended for anxiety to take permanent residence in our lives? Over the next 30 days you will explore what anxiety is, where it comes from, how it shows up in our lives, and what God’s Word says about overcoming it. Anxiety is real, but it does not have to define you. Let’s walk through this plan together and take our peace back.
