Send Meનમૂનો

DAY 6: SAYING 'YES' TO GOD
Isaiah faces a choice: Will he respond to what God is asking, or will he ignore it?
Isaiah 6:8 "Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, 'Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?' And I said, 'Here am I. Send me!'"
What's amazing is that God asks an open question: "Whom shall I send?"
Isaiah didn't have to respond. He had a choice.
He could have made excuses: "I'm not good enough."...or ..."Someone else can do it."...or..."I don't feel ready."..."I don't want to."
But instead, something inside him responded: "Here I am. Send me."
Why was Isaiah able to say yes? Because he had already encountered God.
He had seen God's greatness. He had repented. He had allowed God to deal with things in his heart. Because of that, he was in a place where he could respond with obedience.
God is still asking that same question today.
Who will go? Who will live for Him? Who will share the hope of Jesus? Who will make a difference in their world?
Maybe God has been speaking to you about something, and you've been tempted to say no. But who knows what could be on the other side of your yes? Your yes could impact someone's life. Your yes could lead someone to Jesus. Your yes could bring hope, healing, and freedom to others. And the truth is, the safest place to be is in the will of God.
So don't be afraid to say yes. Say yes in your family. Say yes at school. Say yes at university. Say yes in your workplace.
God wants to use ordinary people to do extraordinary things for His glory.
Let's be a generation that is available to God and willing to say: "Here I am. Send me."
PRAY: God, I know you're not looking for perfect people ~ you're looking for available people. I want to encounter your love and power, hear your voice and say yes to where you lead me. Amen.
