This happens... and then the ends comes.  

Thoughts on the message

When will Jesus come back? What will happen before He comes back?

Jesus tells them these things - 

· spiritual deception – many will claim to be Jesus coming back

· conflicts between nations – there will be many wars

· personal attacks – you will face many attacks because you wait for Jesus 

· spiritual attacks – false teachers will try and draw you away from Jesus

· personal failure – some of God’s people will stop believing and waiting for Jesus

· The good news will reach the whole world – everyone will hear about Jesus 

Then the end will come. We are not there yet.

Prayer

Father, the challenge of my day is to be faithful to Jesus regardless of what happens to me or to my world. Today I ask for the strength to be faithful and not allow the turmoil in my world to take my eyes off Jesus. Also, the good news of Jesus has not gone everywhere. You have given us that responsibility to be Your mouthpiece. So You wait for us to do what You have asked. Help me to be faithful in this as well. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
