For I DesireExemplo
I Choose You.
“And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” Joshua 24:15 KJV
According to Strong’s Concordance, the Hebrew word for “Choose” is, ‘bachar’ (H977) which means, “To choose, elect or decide for.” It’s time to choose. You choose and decide for yourself who you will serve. Will you serve, crave and desire the things of the world? Or will you choose and serve God? Choose to surrender your whole heart to God.
God wants to be close to you. God wants you to draw near to Him. Draw closer to Him. Draw near to Him. His Power is stronger than your fear. His Peace is endless. His Power is everlasting. He wants to keep you and stabilize the ground of your heart.
James 1:8 KJV states, “A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.” A double minded man has two or more masters. It is your choice — you choose. Who is your master? As for me and my house we will serve the Lord. Desire the Lord more than anything.
Let the Lord lead your way. Let God lead your heart. “Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.” James 4:8 KJV
