GO2020 | ENGAGE: June Week 4 - ABIDEExemplo
June 26—Worthy Is the Lamb!
Read
Revelation 5:8-10
Reflect
Imagine the most dynamic or powerful worship experience you have ever had. That is only a foretaste of how it will be in heaven, to see God and worship him for all eternity! Again, imagine worshiping God with all the saints that have gone before us! That truly will be a multitude that no one can number (Revelation 7:9). Why not rehearse and put these words of worship into your song of praise?
“Worthy are you to take the scroll
and to open its seals,
for you were slain, and by your blood you ransomed people for God
from every tribe and language and people and nation,
and you have made them a kingdom and priests to our God,
and they shall reign on the earth” (Revelation 5:9 ESV).
Engage
Read today’s Scripture passage. Say or write it out in your own words, considering the following questions:
· What does it say about God?
· What does it say about us?
· Is there a promise to trust?
· Is there a command to obey?
· How will I apply this Scripture to my life?
· Who will I show that I care by sharing this truth?
Memorize
Now read this week’s memory verse, Revelation 7:9. Spend a few minutes working to memorize it.

As members of the body of Christ, we are called to finish the race set before us, filled with joy and love, as we give witness to the power of the gospel that changes our lives. God’s kingdom embraces differences that the world sets up as barriers to Christian unity. Especially in these times, it is important for all believers to understand the oneness we have in Christ.
