This morning, step outside and look in the direction of the sun (not for too long!). Even though the sun is 93 million miles away, it produces rays of light so powerful that you can’t look directly at it without squinting. And if the sun is that strong, consider how strong the Creator of that sun must be! Surely He is capable of so much more than we can even imagine.  The next time you feel afraid, look up at the sun. Let it be a reminder that our powerful God is here to protect you.
