Think of a time you didn’t work hard when you knew you should. Maybe it was when you didn’t study for a test or didn’t try your best during practice or a game. How did you feel after? Probably not so great! God values hard work in all areas of life. Not simply because of the outward results of hard work, but also because of the inward results of hard work. God knows what working hard does inside of us to build our character and give us the confidence we need to share our faith with others. This week, memorize this verse so when it comes time to share your faith with others, you are ready.
