The psalmist speaks of a time when God shall arise and enemies shall scatter, celebrating God’s kingly and victorious reign. Much of these psalms describe a person in the depth of despair, suffering in many ways due to their devotion to God.

SOAP is the daily devotional plan at River Valley Church. SOAP is a simple process that includes reading a selected passage of Scripture, writing down an Observation or two, committing to an Application, and engaging in Prayer. This is part 7 of a 12 part plan.
