Bible 2020 The Mission to the WorldSample

The Mission to the World Day 10 of 20
What time is it? Esther’s story is one of rising to a place of power and influence – not by accident but according to God’s purpose and plan – so that, at that exact moment, through speaking up, at great risk to herself, God’s people might be saved from destruction. Perhaps today, we do not consider ourselves to be in a place of power or influence. But the place we find ourselves is not without purpose. What is it that God is asking us to do and say today, right where we are?

About this Plan

Beginning with God’s covenants with Noah, Abram and David, these readings explore God’s ongoing mission to restore his broken creation, drawing people back to himself. God’s mission finds its fulfillment in the person and work of Jesus Christ, a mission which the church continues today. Be part of a global movement changing the world around you by reading the Bible aloud for one minute every day.
