Jesus Listens for KidsSample

Dear Jesus,

Sometimes I get so scared and upset about the things happening in my life. Then I hear You whisper to my heart, “Relax, My child. I’m taking care of you. I’ve got this.” I like to think about those words over and over again. They wash away the worry and fear, assuring me that Your Love for me never ends.

I waste a lot of time trying to figure out the future. But You’re already there, preparing the way for me. You’re also sprinkling blessings for me to find along my path today. Open my eyes, Lord, to see all Your wonderful surprises—the things that only You could have planned for me. Please keep reminding me that I am Yours, that You love me, and that You always want what is best for me.

Your Love makes me so happy! You’re the King of the universe, and You are planning good things for me. That’s so amazing! I may not know what’s going to happen in the future, but I do know who I am—I am the one You love. And when I walk with You, You fill my heart with joy and my mind with peace.
