Jesus Listens for KidsSample

Dear Jesus,

If You are for me, who can ever be against me? Please help me understand and believe this powerful truth that You really are for me. You really are on my team and by my side—helping me, guiding me, and fighting for me.

When things don’t go my way, or when a friend turns against me, it’s easy to feel like I’m all alone. That’s when it’s so important to remember that You’re with me and You are for me—all the time. It’s true on the days when I’m getting good grades and able to smile at everyone, and on the days when I’m grumpy or feel like I’m messing everything up.

I can face troubles calmly and bravely when I’m trusting that You’re with me in those tough times, cheering me on. You’re so faithful and loyal that I know You’ll never betray me or turn against me. That gives me the confidence and courage to keep going when things get tough. Because You’re my Savior and I belong to You forever, I’m always in Your loving Presence.

It’s Your opinion of me that matters, Lord, and You say that You love me. In fact, You promise that nothing in the whole world will ever be able to separate me from Your Love!
