Easter - Where It HappenedSample
Different countries use different types of power. In Australia, when you plug an appliance like a fan into the power point, the electricity that comes out is 240 volts. In America, the power is 120 volts. Around the world, different plugs are used; some are round, some are flat, some have two prongs, and some have three, but they are all used as a source of power.
Jesus appeared to the disciples after He was raised to life. At first, they didn’t believe it was really Him until He proved it to them. Jesus is alive! The power that raised Jesus from the dead is the Spirit of God. You don’t need a special power plug, but YOU can have that same power living in you!
Jesus’ resurrection power gives us life! We’re not just saved from sin through Jesus; we are also given new life that we can live in His power! You can feel the effects of the power being plugged into a fan by the air it blows, and we can feel the effects of Jesus’ power living in us. Jesus is our Risen King.

About this Plan
The Bible is not a book of made-up stories; it’s about real people and real places, places we can still see today. As we journey through the places where Easter happened, we remember why Easter happened. We remember that Jesus is our Lord, Saviour, and Risen King.
