God's Redemption Story (The Gospels)Sample

The Risen Christ - Day 12
When Jesus sent his disciples out to share the good news of forgiveness and salvation with the world, he didn’t give them an enormous task and walked away. “I hope you got all that because you’re on your own now. Best of luck!” No, he gave them a commission and help at the same time. He said, “I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
We have that same promise. Is there someone in your sphere—at work, in school, on your block, in your family—who needs you to share Jesus? Maybe you’re nervous about speaking up or fearful of being mocked or shot down. Remember, Jesus gave you a job and his power at the same time.
