When we pursue the Lord, we will face people who don't support us at times or are even against us. I imagine there were also people who gave Deborah a hard time for doing what God told her to do---people who didn't believe her and who opposed her. Regardless, Deborah kept going forward, knowing God's truth, leading the people in confidence.

You can also move forward in following the Lord, no matter what the people around you are doing. When we think too much about others' opinions, let's remember that God's opinion matters the most. Put your confidence and trust in God and His Word. You got this!

Prayer:

Lord, thank You that I am Fearless. Regardless of what people do or say around me, help me to walk confidently in You and not be swayed by others. In Jesus' name, amen.

Action:

Memorize Psalm 56:3-4 by singing it to the beat of a song or by posting it in your room and reading and practicing it while brushing your teeth. Then, whenever you feel afraid, say the verse and watch fear shrink away and confidence grow.
