In Paul's second hypothetical question, he asks, "So should we sin just because we can- since we are under God's grace?" He's assuming that those reading this letter have asked Jesus to pay for their sins and have become a part of God's family of grace.
Paul also explains that we become slaves to the one that we obey. Slaves to sin versus slaves to God's righteousness.
Paul tells us to "offer ourselves as slaves to righteousness leading to holiness".
In a practical sense, what does this look like for you?
In what ways does your life reflect an allegiance to God and a commitment to pursue holiness?
In what ways would you like to grow in this?
Spend some time asking the Holy Spirit for his help.

Paul's letter to the church in Rome is packed! He is helping this new church establish a vision for what it looks like to be citizens of God's Kingdom. There is doctrine to learn and live by, as well as wisdom for living life in ways that accurately reflect the King.
