Living Under, In, and With Divine Authority

Authority is not something we strive for—it’s something we live from.

To live under Divine Authority is to surrender fully to Jesus’ Lordship. Surrender is not weakness; it is alignment. Freedom begins when our will bows to God’s will, and when we surrender, God responds with power.

To live in Divine Authority means living “in Christ.” Everything Jesus accomplished is now attributed to us. We are no longer defined by our past, background, or limitations—we are defined by our position in Him. Our identity flows from belonging, not performance.

To live with Divine Authority means walking daily in the power of the Holy Spirit. Authority without power becomes religion. Power without authority becomes rebellion. But when exousía (authority) and dunamis (power) operate together, Heaven moves through ordinary people like you and me.

To live out Divine Authority means bringing the Kingdom of God to the world around us. The Holy Spirit empowers us to pray with confidence, speak with conviction, and walk by faith instead of fear.

Tomorrow, we’ll see what happens when authority, power, and love are lived out—and how true freedom becomes the fruit of Divine Authority.
