DAY 10 Preparing for Resurrection

Devotional:

Lent leads us toward resurrection. It prepares our hearts to receive the fullness of Easter, not just as a story, but as a reality that transforms us. Paul reminds us that we are invited to “walk in newness of life,” a life shaped by the power of the risen Christ.

Preparing for resurrection means letting go of what belongs to the old life: the patterns, fears, and burdens that keep us from living freely. It means opening ourselves to the possibility that God wants to bring new life into places that feel tired, empty, or broken.

For creatives, resurrection often looks like renewed imagination, restored passion, or a fresh sense of calling. It may look like healing from burnout, rediscovering joy, or finding courage to create again.

As Lent draws to a close, we prepare our hearts with expectation. Resurrection is coming. Hope is rising. New life is on the horizon.
