Crowned Through SurrenderSample

Trust God with the Outcome
Esther 5:2 “When he saw Queen Esther standing in the court, he was pleased with her and held out to her the gold scepter that was in his hand. So Esther approached and touched the tip of the scepter.”
When Esther approached the king, she didn’t know what the outcome would be. She had made her decision to risk everything, but she trusted God with the result. When the king extended his golden scepter, it was a sign of favor and grace. It marks the turning point where Esther’s courage aligned with God’s will for His great plan of deliverance. God had gone before her and prepared the way.
Just like Esther, we may not know the outcome of our acts of obedience, but we do know that we can trust the Lord. The step of faith may feel uncertain or even frightening, but God is always working behind the scenes. When we trust Him with the outcome, He is faithful to meet us with His grace and favor, just as He did for Esther.
Esther approached the king at great personal risk, but she did so after prayer and fasting. Similarly, we are often called to step into situations, conversations, decisions, leadership roles, or moments of confrontation that feel risky. The lesson is: don’t let fear stop you if God is prompting you to act. He may have already prepared hearts and circumstances in your favor.
Esther had no assurance except that God would be with her, and that is all she needed. The king’s favorable response was not happenstance; it was the Lord’s doing. In the same way, God works behind the scenes in our lives, opening doors, softening hearts, and preparing outcomes we cannot yet see.
Esther’s courage wasn’t just for her benefit; it was a turning point for an entire nation. Her call to fast and pray aligned her people with God’s plan. Our obedience often unlocks freedom not only for ourselves, but also for those around us.
Is there an area of your life where you need to trust God with the outcome?
Maybe you’re stepping out in faith, but the future is uncertain. Surrender that situation to God today. Trust that He is in charge and that He will go before you, just as He did for Esther.
Isaiah 26:3 “You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You.”
Prayer:
Esther’s courage wasn’t just for her benefit; it was a turning point for an entire nation. Her call to fast and pray aligned her people with God’s plan. Our obedience often unlocks freedom not only for ourselves but for those around us. even when I can’t see the full picture. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

About this Plan

This 4-day devotional calls modern-day Esthers to arise through surrender. Rooted in the book of Esther, this journey invites women to step into their God given purpose with courage, trust, and obedience. God is still raising women to walk in spiritual authority, not through striving for power, but by yielding to His divine purpose. Whether wives, mothers, or leaders, women are called to rise in holy courage and embrace the influence God has entrusted to them.
