Christ Above Culture - a CrossCultured PerspectiveSample

Fighting for the freedom of others is so worth it!
The cross was God saying we are worth it - not because of who we are or what we have, but because of the love He has for us! He was affirming His fatherhood to us! He was restoring us into a relationship with Him!
When sin created a chasm between us and God, a distance no human could go, Jesus became the MIGHTY bridge that brought us into reconciliation with our Father! While we were still in our mess, He came down to where we were and closed the gap between us. He came to bear in His body the sin of this world!
That is love; that is sacrificial love! The only way to deal with fear is love!
His perfect love drives out fear!
So if you’re wondering whether your journey matters, yes, it absolutely does! The freedom God is birthing in you isn’t just for you. Your obedience is unlocking something far bigger than your own story. It’s reaching past where your upbringing, your limitations, and your expectations would take you. It’s breaking barriers and lighting the way for others to follow.
There is a solution coming through you, one that will bring freedom to others.
And that, dear friend, is a life worth living.
AMEN!

About this Plan

Culture influences how we live. However, scripture shows that God moves beyond cultural boundaries. From Abraham leaving his people to Paul reaching the Gentiles, God’s presence transcends human divisions. Jesus ultimately redefines culture through the lens of the Kingdom of God. Therefore, culture must remain subject to God’s Word, the work of Christ on the cross, and the ongoing spread of the Gospel. To truly hear God, we must be willing to let Him challenge and reshape what we consider our “way of life”. CrossCultured: Making the Cross the Core of the Culture we build!
