Psalms 91:14-16 ESV 

Because he holds fast to Me in love, I will deliver him, I will protect him, because he knows my name

When he calls to me I will answer him, I will be with him in trouble, I will rescue him and honor him

With long life I will satisfy him and show him my salvation.

“Because he holds fast to Me - in love”. 

Reminds me of a little child’s fingers curling around his Dad’s finger, holding fast in love. 

Holding fast in trust. God loves that so much that for all those who hold fast to Him in love, 

HE PROMISES 8 THINGS 

1. I will Deliver him

2. I will Protect him

3. I will Answer him

4. I will be with him in Trouble 

5. I will Rescue him

6. I will Honor him

7. I will satisfy him with Long Life 

8. I will show him my Salvation . 

In the natural lockdown, we may feel nothing is happening, or nothing is moving. But in the Spiritual Realm, there is a lot of activity! God is very active on behalf of His beloved ones - who hold fast to Him in love -Not in fear, but in love and trust. 

Deuteronomy 30:20

...that you may love the Lord your God, that you may obey His voice, and that you may cling to Him, for He is your life and the length of your days...

What is life! God is your life and the length of your days!

Meditate:

* Joshua 23:8 ESV
But you shall cling to the Lord your God just as you have done to this day.

Pray: 

* Be real with God and confess any lies you believed about Him and His love for you. Ask forgiveness and decide to cling to Him. 

* Pray for your neighbours that they too will know this big God who is life!

* Pray for strength that you and your loved ones will not give up love, or hope or faith.
