If Jesus came to fix the world and what’s broken in us, why is there still so much pain in the world? Well, this story has an ending, and it comes with great hope, as well as a sense of urgency. God wants to restore the whole world, and he sent Jesus to save humans from their sin. This is so we could be part of his plans to bring the world back to the way it was. It also requires a choice: Jesus offers forgiveness to anyone, but we must believe and follow him.

God finishes the story of the Bible with a book that shows us that, in the end, those who receive the forgiveness that Jesus offers will spend eternity with him. They will see him recreate the world as we know it and live together with God forever. This future is coming, but we don’t know when. It’s our job to share the Good News about Jesus with everyone we can so that more people can experience this future to come with Christ.
