What if you didn’t give the gift to them? What if you left this gift at home and your friend never got it?

Then the gift won’t be doing what it’s made to do. The gift won’t help your friend if you keep it to yourself.

Our dreams are a bit like that gift. Our dreams are not just for ourselves, they are meant to help others. God gives each of us gifts and talents, which are things that we’re good at. We can use those gifts to help others. With God our dreams can do so much more than we can imagine ourselves. ­With God our dreams can help others.
