In the Old Testament, in the book of 1 Samuel, we discover a young boy who hears God’s voice. His name was Samuel. His mother Hannah had prayed long and hard for a child and when Samuel was born, she dedicated her son to serve the Lord in the temple with Eli the priest.

We read today, in 1 Samuel 3, how God spoke to Samuel in an incredible way, even though he was still a child! Samuel reminds us that you’re never too young to hear from God. Samuel grew up to be a judge and prophet over Israel. Samuel was even the prophet that anointed Saul and later David as king.
