Day 3: Pursue Progress, Not Perfection

Perfection is exhausting.

Somewhere along the way, we started believing that unless our eating is “perfect,” we’ve failed. One cookie turns into a binge. One missed workout becomes a week of giving up.

Sound familiar?

But friend, the truth is: Perfection was never the goal. Faithfulness is.

God doesn’t expect you to eat clean 100% of the time or log every bite without fail. He calls you to keep showing up. Progress isn’t flashy, but it’s powerful. It’s how transformation happens.

Galatians 6:9 promises that we will reap a harvest if we don’t give up. That applies to your health, your mindset, and your faith. Some days it feels slow. Some days it’s hard. But those days matter most.

So today, don’t aim for perfection. Just take the next right step, and then the next. God sees, honors, and will bless it with spiritual fruit.
