Grief Survivor: 30 Steps Toward Hope and Healing نموونە

SLOW DOWN
What's the first thing you do in the morning? Work out? Check the global news? Dive into social media?
One of the best ways to find peace in the midst of one of life's biggest storms is to set aside time to be still. Before checking emails or racing into your day, would you take a few moments to calm your mind? Find a quiet place away from distractions. Reading, prayer, and inspiring music can help you overcome anxiety and face the day with confidence.
Remember to take time to close your eyes, be still, and to listen. Write whatever comes to mind during this sacred time.
Reflect: How will you spend your first precious moments tomorrow? Plan ahead. What will you listen to or read?

Losing a loved one can leave you anxious, confused, and even feeling a little bit crazy. The good news is you're not crazy. You're grieving. Author, Beth Marshall understands. After losing some of her favorite family members, she wasn't sure where to turn. She ultimately found great comfort through God's word and by writing straight through the valley until the light began to shine again. You're invited to grab a journal, reflect or write through the daily prompts, and allow the Lord to begin to heal your heart.
