A Day at the MuseumSample

Museums are fascinating! They are collections of artifacts from all around the world from potentially thousands of years ago! We go to see these old artifacts to get a glimpse into how different people lived and saw the world, and we learn from their experiences. The Bible can be like a museum for Christ-followers. It’s a collection of old stories, from different authors giving us a glimpse into how they lived out their faith and how we can live out ours.
This week we are going to focus on Jesus, and try to learn from His experiences. Each day of this study will have a Bottom Line, which is our central focus and one-sentence takeaway for the day.
Bottom Line: We can see God through Jesus.
Our passage today is about how Jesus is the only thing that can fully satisfy us. He is God in person, and he is living water. Jesus is the only thing that can bring about true satisfaction, is the only way to be in a relationship with God, and the most important thing we could ever talk about!
John 14:6-11 shows us that Jesus is from the Father, and those who know Jesus can know God.
