News that we read in the newspaper or watch on TV is often filled with bad news. Things going wrong in the world, crime, and people being hurt. It’s our job to share good news. Good news isn’t something you keep to yourself; you pass it on. You share it with the person beside you and they can keep sharing it until the good news reaches everyone. We have the best news to share, we have the good news of Jesus! Jesus came to earth; He is God’s gift to every person. We can share this gift of love, His gift of salvation with everyone we meet.

Mary and Joseph received a special gift from God, a son. Jesus was God’s gift not just to Mary and Joseph but to every single person on earth. Jesus came for you and me. The Bible doesn’t say, "for God so loved ONE PERSON that He gave His only Son", it says, “for God so loved THE WORLD that He gave His only Son.” Jesus is a gift for the whole world. The verse continues, but it doesn’t say that, “if only SOME PEOPLE believe in Him” it says, "WHOEVER believes in Him". That means ANYONE who believes in Him will be saved.
