Make Disciples That Make Disciplesნიმუში

Multiplication
The very first command God gave was to be fruitful and multiply. He repeated it to Noah after the flood and promised Abraham offspring as numerous as the stars. John’s vision in Revelation shows a countless multitude worshiping around God’s throne. From Genesis to Revelation, God’s heart is set on growth that goes beyond numbers—growth that shapes generations.
Today in the United States, though, church attendance and Gospel influence are declining across the board. Traditional methods simply can’t keep up with population shifts and spiritual trends. To fulfill the Great Commission—to see disciples among every people, tribe, tongue, and nation—we must adopt God’s multiplication strategy. The Multiplication of disciples is much more than a strategic concept; it is a reality that we can be a part of today!
When we see every follower of Jesus as a disciple-maker, we can begin encouraging and equipping all believers to be disciples who make disciples. We must understand that the Great Commission applies to every believer, not only to a specific occupation. We are called to live a lifestyle of making disciples who make disciples.
Imagine the impact if you made one disciple every year and empowered them to do the same. In five years, there would be sixteen disciples in your network. In twenty years, there would be over 500,000. We can see the Great Commission fulfilled in our lifetime. Let’s be bold and pray that the Lord will empower us to be disciples who make disciples so that the whole world may know that Jesus Christ is King!
Questions to consider:
- Do I see myself as a disciple-maker, or do I primarily think that applies to a specific occupation or educational status?
- What do I need to do to make disciple-making a lifestyle, not a job?
