Parents and Kids Daily Devotional "This Is Living"Exemplo
We have intensively learned about forgiveness this week. Know this – we have been forgiven by God first. We often forget about this. When we overlook this Truth, we find it hard to forgive ourselves, let alone forgive others.
Also, remember that God loves us so. No matter how great of a sin you may have committed, how awful your mistakes are, when you come to God, He will forgive you. Not just forgive, He will throw your sins and transgressions so far away and will forget about them. That is how much God loves us. He wants us to understand how valuable we are in His sight. He will never forsake us no matter what we do, or how much we hurt Him.
God has forgiven you, so don’t let the devil condemn you with the misguided truth that you are unworthy of such forgiveness. When God the Creator forgives you, why should you believe what the devil says? He is the father of all lies.
Walk with the conviction that God has forgiven you. Be confident that God accepts you and that you are valuable. When you hold these Truths dear to your heart, then it will be that much easier to forgive others, including yourself.

After we accept Jesus as God and Savior, our lives will change and our character will be renewed to become more and more like Him every day. What kind of life should followers of Christ have? What values do we need to hold? During this month we will invite the children to learn about this and teach them the values of truth that they should have in their lives.
