Parents and Kids Daily Devotional "This Is Living"Exemplo
It is not easy to forgive. Our ego gets hurt. We are in a situation where our hearts and feelings are hurt and we have been treated unjustly. In life, there are many things that make it difficult to forgive. Usually, the closer the relationship is, the more hurt it causes and the harder it is to forgive.
However, there are a few things we have to bear in mind as we learn to forgive. Forgiveness is a process and it doesn’t happen instantly. But its fruit is sweet:
1. We become happier.
2. Our life feels lighter without any burden.
3. We are free from negativity.
4. Physically, those who forgive are healthier and have higher immunity.
So, let’s learn to forgive. Like Ephesians 4:32 says, “Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.”

After we accept Jesus as God and Savior, our lives will change and our character will be renewed to become more and more like Him every day. What kind of life should followers of Christ have? What values do we need to hold? During this month we will invite the children to learn about this and teach them the values of truth that they should have in their lives.
