A Leader You Can Trust Sample

Day 10: Supreme Commander
Pray
Lord God, quiet my soul and open my mind and heart to receive Your Word. Amen.
Read
John 11:1-44
Reflect
Mary, Martha and Lazarus were close friends of Jesus. Lazarus died and was in a tomb for four days. What did Martha say to Jesus, and how did He respond? If Jesus is more powerful than even death, can we trust Him to help us with the problems in our lives? If we want to see God's glory, what does Jesus say we need to do (v.40)?
Respond
Thank you, Lord, for loving me and caring for me more than I could ever know. Amen.

About this Plan

Life gives us roles, but not scripts. We need a leader with vision, clear direction, and a willingness to do hard things for the greater good. In the Bible, Jesus is referred to as “Lord,” which means boss or commander. He can give you the guidance to transform every aspect of your life. In this plan, you’ll learn about the life and miracles of Jesus recorded by his first followers.
