A Leader You Can Trust Sample

Day 14: Mission Accomplished
Pray
Lord God, quiet my soul and open my mind and heart to receive your Word. Amen.
Read
John 20: 1-29
Reflect
Jesus, the Son of God, was really dead. He had not fainted, nor had he pretended to die. He was laid in a borrowed tomb. But, Jesus rose from death as he had said he would. Why then was Mary Magdalene confused when she went back on Sunday to complete the burial preparations? As Mary Magdalene looked for answers, who appeared to her? To whom else did Jesus appear? What did Jesus say about those who believed without seeing? What do you believe?
Respond
Son of God, I know your promises are true. The empty tomb is proof that you are truly the King of Kings and the Commander of us all. Amen.

About this Plan

Life gives us roles, but not scripts. We need a leader with vision, clear direction, and a willingness to do hard things for the greater good. In the Bible, Jesus is referred to as “Lord,” which means boss or commander. He can give you the guidance to transform every aspect of your life. In this plan, you’ll learn about the life and miracles of Jesus recorded by his first followers.
