A Leader You Can Trust Sample

Day 12: Close Air Support
Pray
Lord God, quiet my soul and open my mind and heart to receive Your Word. Amen.
Read
John 17:1-26
Reflect
Before Jesus was arrested for crimes He did not commit, He made time to pray for the disciples, and for us. What did Jesus pray would fill our hearts (v.13)? What does Jesus want of all His followers (v. 19 and v. 23)? How is Jesus' prayer answered in your life?
Respond
My Lord, fill my heart with joy as I live my life in a way that honors You. Amen.

About this Plan

Life gives us roles, but not scripts. We need a leader with vision, clear direction, and a willingness to do hard things for the greater good. In the Bible, Jesus is referred to as “Lord,” which means boss or commander. He can give you the guidance to transform every aspect of your life. In this plan, you’ll learn about the life and miracles of Jesus recorded by his first followers.
