Parents and Kids Daily Devotional "Look at "UsSample

Let’s close the month by declaring the promise of God found in Deuteronomy 28:7. This verse is one of God’s promises for those who listen and do His commands. The verse says that when we do what God asks us to do, our enemies will flee from us in fear and they will run in all directions.

This month we have learned that we are God’s chosen generation who will testify about Him, bear the light of God, and glorify God with everything He has given us.

We have learned to show kindness wherever we are. We have learned to love like a mother does. We are the anointed generation who are ready to bring transformation wherever we are. Lastly, we have learned to work hand in hand, united to do God’s will in our lives.

We can apply what we have learned, starting from within our own family. The question is, are you willing and ready to do this? The devil will try to bring us down by all means necessary. There are some things we can do to beat him. We can strengthen our troops, move forward in unity, and do God’s will to overcome the devil. In this way, the enemy will flee from you.

Finally, everyone who sees us will say, “LOOK AT THEM! That family truly is a reflection of who Christ is.”
