How does the gospel make you agile in the spiritual battle?

Yvonne Sobers wrote and directed this short film, A Legacy of Peace: the Ambassadors. Yvonne writes:

The shoes [in this film] represent both the gift of salvation which Christ has given to us freely and also the gift of peace which we gain through him after we choose to walk in Him and develop our faith. We must not strain our energies fighting against this world’s trials alone, for we have someone greater to depend on—God—who will protect and guide us.

The "gospel of peace" refers to the good news of salvation and reconciliation that we have in Jesus Christ. When we embrace this gospel, we are equipped with peace and confidence that allows us to stand firm in the face of adversity. When we trust in Jesus and the power of the gospel, we are equipped with everything we need to face any challenge that may come our way. We can stand firm in our faith, knowing that the peace of Jesus will sustain us always.
