Don't Give Up!Sample

Gideon
God called Gideon a mighty warrior before he had done anything brave. Despite those powerful words, Gideon struggled to believe God. He saw himself as the weakest member of his family and the least significant in all of Israel. Because of his uncertainty, when God gave him an assignment, he questioned Him, doubted his calling, complained, and asked for multiple signs. In His mercy and grace, God patiently gave Gideon what he asked for.
As Gideon began to trust God in small steps, he was called to fight the Midianites, who had oppressed Israel for years. He gathered 32,000 men, determined to win the battle, but God told him it was too many. One by one, the men were sent home until only 300 remained. With such a small army, they needed a miracle. God promised victory, and He delivered. The battle was won with just 300 men, using only trumpets and jars with torches inside them. Never forget that God is powerful, and He brings victory.
Don’t Give Up.
Are you doubting your ability to be used by God? These three simple words are for you: don’t give up. The Lord does not need you to be the strongest, the smartest, or the most qualified. He is not dependent on your ability to accomplish His plans. He is looking for a willing vessel. Too often, we rely on our own strength, but the Lord calls you to step aside and let Him fight for you. Stand firm, be still, and trust Him to bring the victory.
About this Plan

Read the stories of seven people in the Bible who could have given up—but didn’t. Each one was called with a purpose and persevered through difficulties and trials. They were ordinary people, just like you and me. God wants you to know that no matter what you are facing, you don’t have to give up. He is using your story for something good.
