Children's Guide to the Miracles of JesusSample

Day 9: Jesus Heals the Paralyzed Man
Jesus knew that some people were angry that he had forgiven the man's sins. So he decided to teach them a lesson. He asked them, "What's easier: To say, 'Your sins are forgiven,' or to tell this man, 'Get up and walk home?' Watch, because I want you to know that I can forgive your sins." Then Jesus told the paralyzed man to get up and walk home.
What do you think happened next?
The paralyzed man tried to move his foot. His eyes widened. He could move! He got up and walked home, praising God. Everyone was amazed by this miracle.
What do you think this meant? Is it easier to forgive sins than to make a paralyzed man walk? Can Jesus forgive your sins?
