Trust the Process

DAY 4 OF 7

VISION FLOURISHES IN COMMUNITY

Reflection:
God never intended vision to be fulfilled in isolation. When Mary received the promise, she did not remain alone carrying its weight. She went to Elizabeth, someone who understood both promise and process. Community provides confirmation, encouragement, and perspective when vision feels overwhelming. Elizabeth did not question Mary’s calling; she affirmed it. Vision strengthens when it is spoken in safe, faith-filled spaces. Many dreams stall not because they are wrong, but because they are carried alone. Scripture cautions us not to be wise in our own eyes, reminding us that humility invites growth. God often uses people to remind us of what He has already spoken. John Maxwell says, “One is too small a number to achieve greatness.” Vision matures when we allow others to walk with us through doubt and development. Community does not replace obedience, but it reinforces perseverance. When God gives a promise, He also provides people to help sustain it.

Application:
Identify one trusted person you can share your vision journey with honestly. Invite their support instead of carrying everything alone. Be open to correction and encouragement as part of your growth. Choose community over isolation when the process feels heavy. Make time this week to connect with someone who strengthens your faith. Commit to both giving and receiving support as you pursue what God has promised.

Prayer:
Lord, thank You for placing people in my life to strengthen my faith. Help me walk humbly in community as I pursue Your vision, Amen.
